Zünd UK is pleased to announce the addition of the vision system to their product portfolio.

With the introduction of this innovative solution the finishing rules and methods
for printed media's has changed. The vision system uses a series of complex mathematical algorithms
to analyse the cutting path and "on the fly" modifications of the process if necessary. This virtual
grid process allows unlimited, automatic compensation for any type of media shrinkage and print
distortion, rotation or twist.
Designs with cut lines and appropriate register marks geterated in Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD
and other popular systems, are easily imported.
The vision system can be retrofitted to any Zünd / Wild table making precision cutting easy and highly efficient.
Digital Die Cutting will eventually change the rules of the printing industry in a similar fashion
to the revolution that is taking place with regard to digital printing.
Operators can now be rest assured that any kiss or through cutting of decals, labels, displays,
overlays, instrument panels, etc will be done with highest precision, even when distortions change
from sheet to sheet or from area to are. Since its introduction this method of finishing has quickly
gained acceptance by printers all over the world.
