 During cutting, materials are held in place by vacuum. Once cutting is completed, the beam moves to the back of the table and switch valves reverse the vacuum, creating an air cushion. Pneumatically-controlled feeder paws push down from the beam, stabilize the material, and pull it forward as the beam advances to the front. To ensure precise and reliable advancing for various types of materials, Zünd offers several different feeder paws and advance systems. |
