Optimal Material Usage and Efficiency
In the production of leather goods, Zünd cutting systems are most commonly used for direct cutting. The Zünd M-800 leather cutter is ideal as "starter system" for cutting smaller hides and can be equipped with the appropriate tools for processing a full range of additional materials used for reinforcement and support, such as non-woven materials, plastics, etc.
For higher-volume and even "tandem" production, the LC-2400 equipped with nesting software and projection system guarantees optimal material usage and maximum efficiency. This system, too, can be equipped with tooling to cut all related materials-cleanly and efficiently.
