Wherever there is a demand for individuality, flexibility, and high productivity, Zünd has the perfect solution with its single-ply cutter. The conveyor system, in conjunction with an optional integrated off-load table (conveyor extension) permits continuous cutting of e.g. synthetic leather, fabrics, and other rolled materials. Because of the accuracy of the feeding system, it is no problem to cut parts that are longer than the table. Some materials can be cut in multiple plies.

For leather applications, the best solution is the Zünd LC-2400 equipped with cutting and nesting software, and a projection system.
